Steam Degreaser

Our steam degreaser is easy-to-use, versatile machines that provides perfect cleaning every time. The machines are programmed and manufactured according to the client’s request and customize especially for the product, size, cleaning process, and the material. 

The degreasers are appropriate for working with new materials in accordance with the requirement of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. 

The degreaser boils the dissolvent inside the cleaning chamber. The fumes of the dissolvent raise up and are caught by the condensation reel, thus transforming to liquid, and finally drip downward for recycling and additional use as “clean” dissolvent. 

The part is now clean, and additionally, there is a separation of the dissolvent from the sludge created during the cleaning of the external contaminators. The work is done in 40-65 Celsius degrees, thus makes it possible to upgrade the degreasers with complementary equipment such as ultrasonic transducers or spraying guns. In order to improve the cleaning process, the system is controlled and allows full management of all the parameters using a smart touch screen.
