Coating & Painting Booth – PLC Controlled

Our company provides solutions for designing and setting up temperature and humidity-controlled paiting/coating booths with advanced drying and screening systems which include solvent absorption and the ability to channel fresh air and control the air flow and volume. 

We provide painting booths to the aviation, metal, automobile industries. 

We offer different sizes of the painting booths, according to the client’s request. 

The booths are made of galvanized\isolated tin and innovative screening systems. There are air suction channels all along the floor of the chamber covered by stepping nets. The suction channels come together in the center of the chamber, where there are filters with two filtering levels: Andrea paper filter, and FAAR filters (active coal filter- optional), which release the fumes above the roof using a chimney with different diameters.
